"No lift to first floor room, have mobility problems, stairs were difficult. Able to change to ground floor garden room for next 2'nights. Excellent WiFi for first night, then no internet (for hotel staff as well!) until reinstated on last night (bar area only)."

"Decent hotel in a great location with plenty of parking and nice walks. However it was badly let down by the immature evening reception and restaurant staff. The morning staff were far more efficient and professional "
