"The apartment was big and clean but lacked a few simple things like a second key to access the property and our big let down was a broken toilet seat which stabbed us regularly drawing blood. despite notifying them as soon as we arrived. The bathroom was small and hot water ran out regularly but apart from this the apartment was in a nice location and was comfortable for our stay and the amenities although basic were suitable as we stayed out most of the time. "Everything was clean and prepared for our stay! Communication with hosts was very good. They were attentive and professional throughout. We loved the location near the station, we loved the immediate neighborhood (Forno Brisa is close and an excellent breakfast & single-origin espresso!), and we loved Bologna. 2 bedrooms/baths a definite plus! "Hotel is very clean, staff is very helpful and professional. I did not expect a budget hotel to be this on point. There is a big mall across the road with tons of shops and a food court, ample parking if you have a vehicle. Good strong air con, complimentary slippers in room, like, it’s the little things and they had it all. Will def stay here again!"
