"Great place... beautiful beach and pool area... food was great... all inclusive was well worth it because of the quality and variety of food... oh and pario roof w low key but well played live music... amazing sunset!!! Forgot about the very cool cave to swim in..."

"The cabana king room was lovely, but generally, I did not think the service lived up to the Rosewood brand. The staff were all very friendly, but perhaps they were spread too thin? Examples: the staff in London never ask for our name (and room) as they learn them immediately. Not true here. More importantly, the service throughout was slow. I had to call twice for more bottles of water (they were too small) and waited 45 minutes to get them replenished in our room despite the room having earlier...

"The staff at The Hamilton is top notch but the room this time was a real disappointment. This is our third time visiting within 12 months. We have always booked the Fairmont Gold Room. Previously we have had wonderful balcony rooms with beautiful views. This time we were given a room overlooking air conditioning units, the roof of a restaurant and dumpsters. There obviously was no balcony. We asked to change rooms and were told we couldnʼt. We were very disappointed in our stay this time."
