Nice courtyard and good location. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the hotel and it was good. The bathroom door in our room is low. It would be better to have some padding.

Impressive hall

One would never believe to find a place like this behind the walls of the place. It has an impressive hall/ball room in the middle. Rooms are a bit small with a low ceiling, but really authentic. Don’t expect an impersonal chain hotel, it’s not perfect, but that makes it charming and unique. We parked outside the Medina, there seems to be a way closer to the hotel, but Google maps leads to just one gate with one way traffic. So we dropped the car there and just walked in.

Exceptional Service and Family-Friendly Atmosphere

Our recent stay at Riad Alassala, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our family ( including my elderly mother) feel welcome and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They provided us with all the information we needed about the hotel amenities and local attractions, which was very helpful.

Good communication with the Riad. Unfortunately showing some age but really well kept all things considered. Could be cleaner imo. All in all, it was fine, wouldn't mind staying there again but wouldn't go out of my way to go back. It is very pretty though!

Stunning riad in the Fez medina

This riad is absolutely stunning. Located in a quiet street in the old medina, yet close walking distance to the souk, famous blue gate and more. The riad is beautifully decorated, beautiful courtyard with a fountain. There's a rooftop terrace with an amazing view of the medina. Breakfast was simple but with delicious Morrocan treats everyday.

Great Riad in Fes

The staff were extremely courteous. Please make sure not to book the boiler room. Those who are clauteophobic, will have a tough time. Other rooms are spacious. The staff goes out of their way yo accommodate your needs.

Excelente Riad. Muy accesible desde la Bab Boujloud (aunque sí es conveniente tenerlo cargado en alguna aplicación de mapas), pero una vez que sabes llegar es muy accesible. Eso sí, una vez en el Riad es un verdadero lujo, desde la atención de llegada hasta la arquitectura del Riad y todos los rincones que puedes disfrutar y, por supuesto, su deliciosa desayuno. No dudes ni un segundo en seleccionar este Riad. Está excelente.
