"Ok stay tv heater plug didn't work. Rooms clean but blankets in bed need cleaned."

It did not come with onions but she took 2 bites and started to get sick. She went to the room and threw up. She felt better. Service was way slow and not attentive at all. Overall...

"I booked this place for my mom and her friend who were visiting friends and didnt want to drive home in the dark. Upon arrival, they were checked in and the male reception staff watched 2 elderly woman struggle to carry their suitcases up the stairs while he watched his movie. When they got to their room, their were no towels, the bathroom tap was loose and wobbly and the tv wasnt working. They went down to call the service desk to assist, and after an hour he managed to get youtube to work,...
