"I called ahead of time and specifically booked the room especially for the indoor amenities and the pool was closed, maintenance never followed up with me or reopened the pool and my kids were upset. Breakfast was cold and we waited 45 minutes for items to be refilled and there were no clean tables to sit at. The wall was thin and I heard my neighbors all night. I haven’t encountered a problem like this at other Hilton’s as a honors member before."

"This was one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in. BUT I am not fond of the steel and glass big box hotels. This place had romance and character. The courtyard was lovely, we ate at Palm Court twice and the food was excellent. And the room....just lovely with new bedding, black out shades and a wonderful shower with bath products. Rooms look nothing like the picture, paint pilling from the tub and walls, hallways have a strange odor, different floors look like a motel and a completely different hotel. There were 4 elevators and only 1 worked, it went to every floor and took anywhere from 10-25 minutes to even get it to come.
