The room was not clean at all, with a bad smell and high humidity. There was hair in the bathroom and jacuzzi, and it seemed like the rooms were never properly cleaned. I did not feel safe staying there. The breakfast was also poor, and overall, I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. I would like to request a refund for my stay.

Arkadaşımla tatil yapmak icin bu oteli seçtik . Konum olarak çok iyiyi , Marina, pazar , marketler, restoranlar yürüme mesafesinde, fakat bir otel olarak , odada bazı şeyler eksikti, diş mahcun , fırca ve sabun için koyulacak bir şey yoktu, denizden geldiğimizde ışlak mayo , havlu , kurutucak da askı, asıcı da yoktu , dolap askıları dışında . Terasa asılacgını söyledi otel çalışanınıa sordugumuzda , terassa çıktığımızda asılacak bi şey bulamadık . Oda özeliklerinde kaliteli nefresim takım olarak biliniyordu , gerçekte , normal düz çarşaf , yastık ve pike. Yataklar standart ,yüksek değil ve dolap ici baya tozdu, eşya yerleşirirken mendille sildik . Sabahları sadece kahvaltı tabağı veriliyor, her gün aynı , pek çeşitli ve seçili degildi ,ne meyve ne de bol yeşilik, tabağımızda tomatesler pek yikanmadan geliyorlardı , geri yıkanmasını istiyorduk . Genel olarak fena degildi konaklmamız , otel personelleri iyiyiler güler yüzlü , bilmediğiniz bazı konularda yardımcı oluyorlardı . Teşekkür ederiz 🙏

Fantastic Stay

The staffs were friendly always with out a lovely smile. Particularly, the gentleman called Murat at the breakfast bar, he was warm, friendly and attentive to guests needs. Great location, as it is central to fethiye marine and old town, which is brilliant for food and local culture

Our stay at the Reis Hotel was amazing! As soon as we checked in, we were greeted with kindness and helpfulness. The hotel was located in a great central area, everything was very close. The breakfast received the next morning was one of the best breakfasts we received on our trip. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fethiye, we will definitely be back soon.

In the beginning they give me another room cheaper that the room that I paid, later I told them and they change the room. Internet doesn’t work and I found a cockroach in the room. The personal was unfriendly.

Absolutely do not stay at this hotel. The entire experience was horrible. We (regrettably) booked a four-night stay here. Upon entering our first room, we noticed a very strong smell of meat. We asked the staff about this and they explained that they had left the balcony doors open and the smell is quite common because there is a gyro restaurant directly below the hotel. It’s also in a terribly noisy area and the doors do nothing to silence the chaos from the street below. The next morning, we noticed that the toilet would not flush and the sink was not draining. So, we communicated this with the front desk and headed to our excursion for the day. Arriving back at the hotel, we found that all of our belongings had been moved to a different room (without our permission) and at least two expensive articles of clothing were missing from our hastily packed luggage. When asking the staff about this, they simply said that they didn’t see them. We requested to search the original room for them, and they were nowhere to be found. No solutions or apologies offered. SO frustrating! In our new room, we were welcomed by constantly chirping crickets and a giant cockroach. On night two, our air conditioning completely stopped working. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is - PLEASE look elsewhere. This hotel is not the place to stay.

Stuffy and incredibly noisy rooms

The rooms look far bigger on the picture than they are in reality. We booked this hotel because the rooms appear spacious, but the room we stayed in was small and stuffy. There is an incredible amount of noise coming from the street that you can hear very clearly in the room and continues until deep into the night, I was not able to sleep due to the sounds of loud Turkish music until 3am in the morning. The breakfast that is not buffet style (like most Turkish breakfast is) but a small plate with a only a few pieces of food, it was one of the worst Turkish breakfast I've had in my 2 months in Turkey so far. We ordered a Turkish coffee but instead they served what appeared to be instant Nescafe coffee. There is this weird mirror in the room that is see-through, so while you are on the toilet your partner could be standing in front of the mirror and see everything that is going on. The staff is very friendly and efficient. We would not recommend this hotel.
