Hotel dekat Fever Pitch Basecamp

"This hotel is listed as 5 star on Expedia . But I don’t think it’s correct. The hotel is located in a mall. The hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant. The room I was allocated had several problems. After complaining few times, the AC still didn’t work properly . I’d to ask them to change the room. The other room also had few maintenance problems like the flooring wasn’t even. I wouldn’t stay there again as their charges are quite higher compared to the room conditions."

"The bathrooms were smelling very bad. But staff were incredibly helpful, respectful and resourceful."

"Stay was good, the location of the hotel"

"hopeless hotel. Very basic. stinks! Batroom is not well maintained. too noisy should have sound proof windows. No ramp at the entrance - How can enyone lift the luggage and climb stairs!!! Restaurant is the worst - Lowest grade food. the place stinks. Too much salt in everything !"

"The bed was terribly dirty and the sheets were not even changed prior to my check-in. Staff was well behaved but were trying to allocate my room to somebody else at hourly basis in front of me without recognizing me."

"Very bad hotel and i did not stayed there."

"OmG. Very arrogant and adamant staff. Very authoritative at checkin. Won’t even give an iron. One will say we don’t have iron. Other will say we don’t do it. Third will reluctantly give the iron but no board to iron on. Sticky floor and stickier slimy bathroom floor. Dirty towels. No water bottle as courtesy. "
