This hotel is lovely, the staff were very attentive & special thanks to Francesca on reception who looked after us from the moment we arrived. The hotel has beautiful views of Florence, quite breathtaking especially at night. A 10 minute walk to Fiesole centre with nice restaurants. We had a wonderful stay.

The ideal location when you combine it with the free luxury shuttle service into town. It’s very professionally run although a little over priced. It’s smaller than it appears and the pool is very small. That said the room was a good size with a view of Florence . The little town up the hill using the local bus ( 2 or 3 minutes drive) was great for a drink or meal away from the crowds in Florence.

A wonderful hotel and helpful staff. The room was one-of-a-kind: large, high painted ceilings, balcony. Room 115. Dinner at Serrae was phenomenal. This is a must-do. Beyond anything I’d ever had before. The breakfast was thorough and better than most hotels. Service was five star from everyone.
