"I made this reservation because our flight out of San Diego was being cancelled. Within 2 hours I attempted to cancel this reservation because the Airline put us in a hotel. The Hotel said I had to go through Expedia, Expedia said I had to go through the hotel. Calling the hotel customer service was a terrible experience, you could not hear them and they had no clue or interest in helping me. I basically received an "oh well, sorry. We are keeping your money" . Expedia was also no help. ...

"The room was in a popular and beautiful location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful upon check in and any time I needed anything. The continental breakfast was better than I expected. However... The hotel itself is VERY outdated, the toiletries and bedding were worn out and terrible quality. For example, the towels were very rough and one had a tan stain on it. The pillows were almost completely flat and the pillowcases and sheets were so rough it felt like paper towels. The AC...

"Loved our stay at Sheraton San Diego! We were originally at the Bay tower which we were very disappointed with. That tower seems to be more outdated and definitely not as “pristine” as the Marina Tower. We mentioned how we would prefer to upgrade and were offered a room at the Marina Tower. The Marina tower is beautiful, updated and has tons of stuff to do right downstairs."
