Hotel Best Western di Pulau Fiesta

"This hotel seems to never have been updated. We had a leaky shower head, broken lamps, dirty carpet, and splatters of food on the AC. The bathroom door was hard for my kids to open and they kept getting stuck in there. I checked out after one night."

"The first night was not good. We ended up in a room with the loudest air conditioner I have ever heard. We think it was an older room. We stopped in at the front desk and told them that we could not sleep so they offered another room on the lower floor and the air conditioner was quiet. So the rest of our trip was great. Thank you Best Western for immediately taking care of our issue so the rest of trip was enjoyable."

"I wanted to being to your notice below points 1. The customer service given by the person at reception who we met for taking the keys was very rude. He literally had racist behavior towards us not offering ground floor rooms on request. He mentioned there is nothing available. 10 min later when I came to reception, he gave one to another family. When questioned, he got angry. 2. He gave us a room which was not prepared or cleaned, the toilet was used and dirty with used toilet papers, stains...

"The room was clean. We asked for cleaning service every other day. No one came. Had to ask for clean towels. The shower rod was loose so the curtain kept slipping causing water to get on the floor. The screws were coming up on the trim between the floor and the carpet so we had to put a towel to cover them so we didn't trip or stub a toe on them. The pool didn't look very clean. Wasn't filthy though. The room was small, but since we were using it just to sleep, it was okay."
