"The property appears to have discrepancies between what is advertised on their website and what is actually provided on-site. The website states that “hot breakfast is available,” however, this is not offered. Instead, guests are provided with a 10% discount for a nearby Panera location.
Additionally, the in-room information indicates that housekeeping services include turn-down service, fresh towels, and trash removal. During our stay, these services were not provided unless specifically requested.
I also reached out to the property manager to share these concerns; however, the response felt dismissive and lacked empathy or acknowledgment of the issues raised. Rather than addressing the concerns directly, the explanation provided focused on justifications for the discrepancies.
I am sharing this feedback in hopes that it will be reviewed and addressed to ensure future guests receive accurate information and a consistent level of service."
