"Unfortunately when we arrived at 3.05pm (check-in was from 3pm) the cleaner was in the house. She said her colleague had gone to get clean linen and she was still cleaning. We asked if we could go into the kitchen to have a snack (we had been travelling all day and had brought some instant pasta which needed boiling water) but were not allowed access to the house at all. I then gave her my number and asked her to let me know when the house was ready. She sent me a message at 3.30pm. It would...

"We had a really enjoyable stay, the property was well equipped and comfortable however disappointed at the cleanliness of the property. It appeared that the bare minimum was done in order to clean the property. There were areas that were extremely unclean. The property would benefit from a deep clean and a freshen up with paint would go a long way. "
