We had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating- made us feel extra special as we were on our honeymoon. The hotel is amazing, medieval and beautiful but modern. Would definitely come back

Well worth the stay

Our stay was lovely, we upgraded to a suite which was very spacious. It's a quiet hidden gem within the village. Staff were very friendly and made sure you had everything you needed.

Etablissement magnifique en plein cœur de la ville. Accueil irréprochable. Chambre spacieuse. Literie de qualité. TV 46". Calme absolu ! Petit bémol au niveau du petit déjeuner: même sil est de qualité et généreux, il n'est pas réapprovisionné systématiquement. Il faut demander pour les œufs brouillés, le fromage, les viennoiseries, etc...Dommage pour un établissement de cette classe. Ah aussi, le lait dans la thermos était froid!!!

A stunning hotel in a very pretty town

The stunning building has wow factors at every turn. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large, well decorated, and completely individual. The breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful. The location is right in the centre of this beautiful old town that is well worth exploring. I recommend staying here to anyone.

Brilliant staff

The hotel exceed our expectations. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The staff deserve special praise. They were all so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They are a credit to the hotel. We were very sad to leave.

Très belle architecture, dommage qu'il n'y a pas de précision sur : parking éloigné de l'hotel,il y a un ascenseur mais pour rejoindre la chambre il y a 2 escaliers situé à l'extérieur, une boisson au bar à 19H même pas une cacahouette...il faut le voir une fois

Transportados a la época medieval

Es impresionante al entrar al Hotel, ver un pequeño castillo por dentro, recorrer sus pasillos, sus habitaciones, sus dependencias, sus jardines, etc., toda las historias que hay en su interior, una experiencia inolvidable! Como Hotel, excelente estadía. El personal muy amable, buen desayuno, la habitación muy grande, en 3er. piso con ascensor. Además, tiene una gran terraza y una pequeña piscina. La ubicacion excelente ya que se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad a media cuadra de la plaza principal. El único detalle es que quedamos en la duda de la existencia del parking ya que, al llegar nos dijeron que estaba lleno asi es que llevaramos el auto a cualquiera de los estacionamientos públicos gratis del sector, los cuales estan a unas cuadras del Hotel, algunos en subida. Lo extraño es que al irnos, todos los pasajeros iban a buscar sus autos a parking fuera del Hotel. Tendran parking realmente? No agrego fotos porque las del Hotel son absolutamente reales.

Very beautiful old property in wonderful condition. Our room and bathroom was just lovely. We were somewhat disappointed with the restaurant however. The hotel itself cannot be faulted, the staff were very pleasant indeed

hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Figeac; établissement splendide; restauration remarquable d'un logis seigneurial; le nommer Hermès eut été préférable dans la cité de Champollion puisque le latin n'a été d'aucune utilité pour le déchiffrage de la langue des pharaons.
