"We booked this hotel because it said they have airport shuttle and it is 10 min away from airport since we are leaving early in the morning, however there was no shuttle service, although they will help you to call car service. So I felt this info was incorrect and misleading. We had to take taxi into center of Florence and took taxi back, we would booked other hotel in center of the city. "Beyond the eye catching art design of the place (both inside and out) the rooms were very nice, and the breakfast buffet was exactly what I was hoping for. I highly recommend if you need quick access to/ from the airport."
