(Sundry was limited to kid sized and they are stingy with “pool” towels. Renting beach chairs was convenient but needs to stay open past 4:30. 714 Decor was eclectic (beachfront meets jungle). "Check in concierge was not very knowledgeable, so it made the process longer. She acted pretty clueless to simple questions like, 'does the rook have a walk in shower, versus a tub, since I have a baby and toddler. I also asked which room would be more accommodating for having kids in tote, and she tried to book me in one that was very far from the elevator. Fortunately, another rep stepped in to assist, as they initial rep was also having computer/tech issues and couldn't check me in to the...

"The bed was amazing. Issue was with housekeeping. We were not told that we had to request it at check in, so we went entire day with a dirty room. When we brought it manageme T’s attention, they did respond immediately."

"There was mold in the bathroom. There was spill in the lobby that was left all day and overnight until housekeeping came the next morning. There were loud guest next door and the staff did nothing after it was reported to them. I almost had to call the police because the people were screaming that loudly."
