"Huge rooms, quiet. Could use a refresh, but clean and very traditional/classic old school hotel."

"The staff was helpful and the room and bathroom were clean but the safe didnt work and even though i reported they claimed they couldnt fix it. So i was forced to carry my valuable items.with me :("

"The water was white like skim milk. Very old fixtures. Everything was clean so a good place to rest your head for a night or two."

"Parking was safe and easy. Breakfast was delicious, but it was hard to really get enjoy the atmosphere because it was freezing cold in the lobby/lounge area where the bar and restaurant are located. Many guests complained and we were told that it was because of the dampness outside and then we were told it was because of the pool which is located right next to the bar area. This issue interfered with our ability to socialize with our family and friends the entire weekend. Therefore we won’t be having our annual Spring gathering there next year. In the service industry the customer is always right in most cases and when you receive multiple complaints about the same issue it should be addressed immediately, not brushed aside with different excuses."
