"The stay was pleasant. Very clean and excellent staff. The breakfast decent, could have been better. The coffee maker only makes extremely strong, bitter coffee. Wish they had some basic coffee."

"Staff was very friendly and attentive, breakfast buffet had different options: pastries, fruit, cheeses, hams, coffee, etc. Bedding was excellent so were the towels (very soft) I picked this hotel for the airbus which was around the corner. Also Metro for rides and in same lower level train to Monserrat which was a plus. "

"The location in Barcelona was a 10! It is a beautiful, new property and the room was outstandingly handsome. The floor of the shower was slippery so I placed a towel on the floor as I felt unsafe. The staff was helpful with directions and actually allowed us to check in at 11 am. There could be more surfaces for bags in the room so they didn't have to stay on the floor."

"Wonderful location, close to train and bus routes. In walking distance from the major sites an easy distance to walk to them as well. The staff are super helpful and have are able to communicate in a variety of languages. The loft apartment was spacious enough for 3. The beds were comfortable and the coffee shop downstairs is an extra perk!! Will recommend staying"

"The hotel itself is beautiful with lots of color and art. We brought two of our dogs there and the check in was easy, the room was very clean, and they have a Brita refillable water fountain just before you head up on the elevators. I’d recommend this for sure. "

"we had a terrible sewer smell in our 1st room floor. there was some gap opening that was not sealed on the floor under pull out couch that the sewer smell was coming from. it was so bad we went to local store and bought some plastic tape and taped the opening shut which solved the issue. before that it was making my kids sick from smell. the property should address this . other than that it was ok. they did make an effort to come and clean when i complained about the smell but they did...

"The door men were wonderful to greet you and serve you, but the downstairs bar was slow on service and two drinks cost 48 Euros. The breakfast buffet at 40 euros per person is not worth it. the 23rd floor Japanese restaurant serves very fancy food, at a price."
