"The room had a kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator. It was great having a freezer. But, there were no dishes. There was a stove top, but no pots or pans. The front desk said they removed all that during COVID.
My car battery was dead one morning and the front desk had no jumper cables.
The handicap accessible rooms are the farthest ones from the elevator.
On every stay, the second floor smelled like marijuana. Some guys smoked in their vehicle or in the far corner of the parking lot....

"Awful experience. The double queen bed was booked so I paid for a king room for my sister and I. When we arrived we were told it wasn’t available and they I shouldn’t have booked with Expedia. After approx 9 mins of the worker “finding” a room it was a queen bed in an handicap room. My sister and I were squished in a small bed. Extremely rude staff, bathroom was not clean, pictures are not truthful. It’s definitely not the vibe as described, no one goes in there. I wish I wouldn’t have booked...

"Jessica and Kathy were the BEST employees during our three-night stay at this location. Their friendliness and going out of their way to help me were the best part of staying here.
Rooms - sketchy AC and very humid at times. No AC in the halls which seemed weird.
Beds were very comfortable and the Down-alternative pillows were GREAT.
Bathroom - very clean
Breakfast - good selection and even a vegetarian option Sunday.
Amenities - didn't use any.
