"We arrived earlier than check in time and were able to get into a room. The staff behind the counter were so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast options were ok, the room was clean. We would definitely stay here again. "

"They send you a link ahead of time to check in, you complete that, then once you get there they tell you that it didn’t matter & that you’ll have to do the whole process again on paper. They don’t tell you ahead of time about the $50 deposit, thankfully it’s refundable as long as you don’t smoke. My 2 biggest issues would fall under staff & amenities. "Two key points while my stay. 1. Room was smelling due to carpet i guess. Bryan was nice to change the room. But still carpet need to be replaced. Its too dirty. 2. We stayed two nights ( wed and thurss) and buffet breakfast was same . Both days scrambled eggs, meat was changed. 3. Staff us professional 4. At around 3:30am both days room service phone was ringing. Wiered."

"Beautiful property. All the staff were amazing and so attentive. I lost a set of balloons while getting them out of the car and one of the bellman, Isiah, saw that I lost them and BLEW UP NEW BALLONS FOR ME and had them waiting for me with my luggage. The spa was amazing. Great amenities. one of the best massages I’ve had. Great staff there was well."
