"Communication from Nick was 1st class, very good customer service. Have stayed a few times now. The studio i was in this time, waa clean and well presented. The only issues was the floor was creaky going to the en suite. Also the firestick didn't have any sound which it did in the other studio. Not a huge problem, but a smart tv would be a good solution. "The Miller House Courtyard room was impeccable and comfortable. The hosts were kind, and the parking inside was easy. I really liked the town of Ayr and wish I could have stayed longer: the House is halfway between the charming town and the gorgeous beach - ie perfect location. "

"Quiet BnB close to the city center and beach. Easily walked to restaurants, pubs, and shopping. Provided a parking pass for car in front of property, so did not need to drive in order to enjoy Ayr. Overall, a very good experience!"

"This was our second stay at Barns and it not disappoint. The rooms are spotlessly clean, nice touch with the mini fridge with fresh milk and water. The street is very quiet, as are the rooms. Only 3 rooms but we didn’t hear or see anyone so we had the beautiful back terrace to ourselves, a little sun spot! Lovely large kitchen/dining area for your use but we ate out both nights. Would highly recommend."
