"I usually stay at this hotel twice a month I come in town with my family My last couple of stays have not been what it usually especially this time April 25,2026. My sink was stopped up in the bathroom. But before that I checked in at 415pm my children went to the pool about 440pm. We was there no long then 20 mins due to the CHLORINE being to strong.I notified the front desk which they told me it was salt water which I didn’t believe at all because everyone left out. The hotel closed the pool about a hour later & never opened it back up. I was very upset because honestly what is it do at a hotel for children besides SWIM. They are getting worse if you ask me I don’t recommend."

"It was clean. There’s no pool. The hotel door doesn’t shut all the way . There’s not bath tub. It’s kind of a sketch area . It was clean though and the staff was nice "

"The hotel was horrible. When you walk by the breakfast area is smelled as if raw sewage was present. We refused to eat breakfast because it was so bad. The room floors were god awful and sticky. The shower would have been ok if the shower were cleaned. We were woken by people running up and down the halls and the floor above us throwing a party. I will not stay at this one again. "

"Mac registered us & he was amazing. Our room was much smaller than we anticipated. We booked a Deluxe King bed room & it was not a full king size bed at best it was queen plus. The bathroom was elegant but the smallest bathroom I have ever had at a hotel. The common areas of the hotel are beautiful. The hotel is extremely well located to restaurants & cultural & sporting events"

"If you're visiting Indy for a convention, a minor league ballgame, or just to explore downtown, this is a great mid-value property. Very convenient to much of the city, super staff, and comfortable rooms."

"Almost a perfect stay! I’ve stayed at several Drury properties over the last 10 years, including Chicago, Austin, and Richmond VA, they’ve never let me down. My recent stay at Drury Inn & Suites Indianapolis Northeast was no exception. The location is great, tucked into a nice neighborhood and close to the Castleton and Keystone shopping areas. The lobby has a classic, welcoming feel. The staff across the board from reception to breakfast lounge to housekeeping were consistently courteous, attentive, and always available when needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The entire property was spotless, from the entrance all the way to the room. The room itself was spacious, as was the bathroom, with a very comfortable bed and a large TV. A couple of minor downsides: the breakfast and dinner options were somewhat limited, and there wasn’t an in-room safe (which may not matter to everyone). Also the TV, there wasn’t a wide range of channels.By the way, I almost forgot to mention about the nice indoor swimming pool and the fitness room, nice add-ons. Would I come back? Absolutely yes!"
