"Staffs were great. Room just so so. Double bed is barely fit 2 adults. Location is perfect for tourist. Only downside is house keeping didnt renew dental kits, we stay for 5days. And doesnt give enough shower gels and shampoo"

"最低限必要なものは揃っていましたが、包丁は全く使えません。食洗器は便利でしたが、使い方の説明書がなく、慣れるまで時間がかかりました。洗剤の数が少なかったので頼んだらすぐに追加してもらえたのは助かりました。 ただExpediaからのメ－ルがすべて中国語で届いたので 読むのに時間がかかったり、あれでは開けない人も多いのではないでしょうか ベランダのドアが力を入れないと開かなかったり、洗濯機の使い方などの説明書は必要だと思います。 壁に大きな傷があったのも少し居心地悪かったです。 長期滞在だったのでシーツやタオルの予備はリクエストして補充してもらいました。メッセ－ジをたくさん送りましたがその都度、対応してもらえたのは助かりました。鍵を返す時にもパスワ－ドが必要だったのには少し焦りました。チェックインの時にも鍵を探さないといけなかったので、もう少し分かり易かったらと思います。 Air B＆B の情報は必要だと思います。 "

"we stayed at 26th floor and the view is wonderfull. we were there during winter and strong wind. The was a cracking noise nonstop on the ceiling during strong wind. besides that everything is perfect"

"On check in the staff told us to text them with any issue, the washing machine door handle just comes off in your hand and thus unable to oen the door or do any washing. We text the staff twice in the provided number with no answer at all from the. Had to find a laundry mat to do washing for an event we had to attend. Very poor customer service. "

Nous ça ne nous a pas dérangé de pas avoir de tiroirs et pas de coffre de sécurité et le quartier était sécuritaire."
