"This resort was unbelievable. The views, pools, water park, Palomino Island, staff, food, and drinks were excellent. There is something for every age group here and you dont even need to leave for anything. "

"Bathroom could of been a bit cleaner. The sofa bed had to be upgraded and the sofa wasn't as cleaned. Otherwise, i had a great time in the pools, music was great and food average. Palomino grill restaurant also had good food and pincho was a bit under cook."

"Staff were rude. When asking for additional towels was told you already have two. Manager was terrible to deal with. There is nothing around that you can walk to. There are limited seats around the pool and we found ourselves always having to move to let them by. Rooms are parsley decorated with no place for you luggage."

Chase was uber helpful, giving you the run down on the room, amenities and things to do in the surrounding areas. Every recommendation was a hit and the food at the property was bellísimo.
