"AC went out in the middle of the night and it was in the upper 90’s and this is not the first time our AC has gone out at this location. This happened to us a few years ago. We normally come back because the property is clean overall just not maintained the bathroom had a funky smell and was leaking water. It was horrible. We reported all of it the next day and they fixed it they did comp us the night before for our inconvenience but my husband and I have agreed to not return."

"Very unique motel with wonderful staff. Conveniently located with restaurants in walking distance. Excellent Indian food truck on site. Would definitely stay here again."

"Check in was easy and quick. Parking is easy and plenty for everyone. My only issue that keeps this from 5 stars is that both days my wife and i was there, we were not able to get breakfast. There was a lot of people in the dining room and there was not enough food or seating. Everything was empty and the apple juice was very weak. Nothing was being brought out to keep up for everyone. Both days were the same. So we had to settle paying for breakfast elsewhere which was very disappointing! "

"It is a decend clean motel. Location is down to South. Room is all right but not as clean as last year. I think many travelers were not higher end people. Breakfast is so so. It is still better than no breakfast, right ? Parking is easy, free and enough space. I give 3+ out of 5 star."

"Our room was nicely decorated and clean. The bed was super comfy and we had a nice ocean view. You can see that they are renovating the hotel and I'm sure when it's done it's going to be great! Only thing they need to work on ASAP is having an ice machine for guests to use, we had to go to the office and ask for it, they told us after 7 p.m no one is there and if we needed more that we'd have to buy it from a local gas station. The staff were super nice and we look forward to coming back in the...

"There were beetles/roaches in the bathroom, multiples times. Cracks in all the doors, floors, baseboards so easy access for all the creepy crawly’s, there was hairs in the “clean” towels - not the kinds you want to see. The towels had stains on them also. I didn’t even want to be in the room, it was one of those rooms that gave you an ick feeling. Wyndham has a decent reputation and it was a quick late night stop to sleep as we were too tired to make it to our destination but it was a tough...

"Get what you pay for type of stay, cold ac and a hot shower in key largo for that price is a good deal. Lots of parking and central location is handy"
