"Check in staff was courteous and helpful. Explained the amenities and recommended nearby attractions. The attached parking garage was a plus and very secure, requiring a room key to enter and exit. The rooftop bar, pool, adults only, and upscale restaurant were exceptional. Also, there is a coffee shop in the lobby, open in the morning. In addition to coffee, various breakfast options are available. A very well thought out hotel experience."

"Night desk clerk was amazing and friendly. Morning desk clerk didn't acknowledge me either when I passed by his desk or when we passed each other walking outside the front doors. Night and day difference between customer service. Room was fine except for the loud whining noise made by the AC unit much of the night."

"Roaches everywhere in my room (#322). I was there for only 2 nights and killed several roaches. The towels appeared dirty with some type of black smears on them. The walls are paper thin. There were short, dark hairs stuck to the shower walls. (I'm blond). The only really great thing about this hotel is the staff. They were all so very helpful and friendly. I was greeted for check in by a young, black man who was very polite, warm, friendly and funny. Anything I needed, he went out of his way to...
