"We have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 15 years. We have always enjoyed our stay. There are several amazing staff members - yet over the years, we have seen that the overall experience is inconsistent and dependent upon who you are interacting with. The Studio Suite which costs more than a standard room was not equipped as pictured. We needed to request a dresser to store our clothing. There was a coffee maker but no coffee provided. And hot water for the shower was scarce....
