"The room was an unforgettable experience, the service was top-notch, I was fascinated in that aspect. Just three minor things I didn't disagree with. When I arrived early for check-in with an elderly lady and my family, they didn't offer us the option of using the room to rest, which is included in the hotel's policies and benefits, and I had to wait in the lobby. In my room, the dining table was never cleaned during my five-day stay, and in the pool and restaurant area, when it comes to all-inclusive, it was very inconvenient to have to sign for everything I consumed. If it's all-inclusive, it's all-inclusive; you pay a lot for all-inclusive without having to have restrictions on drinks and food. There are other hotels that are all-inclusive without restrictions and of the same quality. They should be more flexible in that aspect and make things easier for guests to feel more relaxed. The reception staff's attitude and demeanor towards guests seemed angry... they didn't smile at all. ...until I told him that I was already a member of Villas del Palmar Flamingos, his expression changed, becoming too cheerful. The change was very sudden...but thank you, it was a first-class service.
