"The foyer was cool, the staff welcoming. The lifts were quick and the rooms nicely presented and clean. The fitness staff were a bit slow and disinterested. The pool and sauna were good. "Lovely hotel. Stayed with my wife for her birthday. We had a deluxe room which was quite a long walk from hotel reception. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was massive! Only negative points for the room were the amount of cobwebs and dust around light fittings and soundproofing between rooms. We could clearly hear people in other rooms using their toilet facilities. We used the pool which was warm and changing room was clean and tidy. Buffet breakfast was superb, there is loads of...

"I highly recommend this hotel. Very friendly and professional staff. Every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. An excellent choice of breakfasts included in the price. The restaurant was excellent in the evenings. The location is fantastic with wonderful views of the beautiful Peak countryside."
