"The breakfast menu did not offer a lot of options. The scrambled eggs on the first day were very watery. I did not try the sausage or the waffles. The pastry was very dry. The room was clean but cleaning services were only available upon request. Staff were ok but did not respond when asked to assist with resetting the tv after there was a power outage. Air conditioning was very loud and rumbled."

"The hotel it’s located in a very beautiful location by the river. They definitely deserve five star not a three star. The only problem we had was the mattress was terrible very old. Had a hole in the middle. The back springs and the metal were broken damaged they refused helping us just think about sleeping in the mattress for six nights. "Very nice staff and perfectly fine hotel, if a little outdated. The hot tub was unavailable on my stay and the rooms could stand to be modernized a bit, more USB ports, modern fixtures etc, but I enjoyed my stay. If you're going to Glenwood Caverns you couldn't be closer and your hotel parking puts you in a prime spot."

"Unknown to me upon arrival there was remodeling in progress, pounding, banging and far from relaxing. The staff charged my card twice then cancelled the charge which resulted in my bank putting a hold on my card for days. I’ve since received a call at 9am telling me they would debit a second card on file if I didn’t call by 6pm the same day, however, they took it upon themselves to debit the wrong card by 9:41am not allowing me the time to get to my bank and have a new card printed since my bank...

"When checking in, we requested a first floor room. We were told the only one available did not have a working refrigerator. We accepted that. Upon entering the room we found the TV screen was cracked. There were several places in the walls with damage to the plaster. When we prepared to go to bed, we found gritty material (possibly sand) between the sheets. We have been frequent guests at this location, but after this we decided to find a new location."
