"Everything met or exceeded our expectations. We didn't use the pool or weight room, but it was very convenient, just off the lobby. There was ample parking and an on-site restaurant serving a buffet breakfast. Location was great for what we needed. If I need to be in Surrey/Guildford again, I will definitely stay here again."

"Cleanliness was questionable. We checked into our room, but the room had not been cleaned yet. We returned to the lobby and they were able to get housekeeping there promptly, which was good.
