"We had an outstanding stay at Viejas Casino and Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional—every staff member said hello and was friendly, and attentive. They really made us feel welcome! The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The food was great with really large portions. The 9:00 fireworks display was a highlight! We had such a great time We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"I was disappointed since I booked and paid more for two queen beds, but when I was there it’s all booked. They they downgraded me to a king room with the price of the queen. Also we paid for the parking and there was not really safe since someone broke into our car and break the outside handle. They said it’s wasn’t at there property, which we are sure it was. Other than that it was nice place to stay. "

"Room is dated and you can hear everything around and above you. All the facilities other than the pool are pretty worn down and dated. Ice machine areas are falling apart due to water damage. Our first night, they also had to shut off the water for the building and water was not usable for the night. "

"Absolutely loved this hotel! Staff was friendly & helpful. Bar/ restaurant was gorgeous, as well as the decor throughout the entire building, including the rooms. Room was cozy & cute, bed was comfy, shower had good water pressure & temp. Walking distance to Petco Park, and 10 min drive to SD airport. I’ve already recommended to friends & family, and I am looking forward to staying again! Was only there for a night to watch a game. "

"The room, hotel, amenities and breakfast were amazing! The only issue we had was the upstairs guests and the noise levels they were making so early in the morning. We communicated our concerns to the front desk but unfortunately they didn’t intervene in an effective way. This was a bit frustrating considering the cost of the hotel."
