" The reason I’ll never be back is because we accidentally left $450 out in one of the bedrooms and one of the maids stole it. I filed a police report and had many conversations with the manager and although nothing could be done, and the maid got away with it, she will eventually get caught. Although I shouldn’t have left the money out, you should be able to make a mistake and not have someone who has access to your room, steal your belongings or your money."

"This is a really wonderful property. Really close to the parks. Apple maps will tell you its a 40minute walk, but it doesn't know you can walk under the bridge, so its actually closer to 20ish minutes. Gorgeous pool and really nice staff. The cafe in the lobby was great with good food. Our Bonvoy status gave us 2 free coffees a day which was a really nice way to start the day. "The room is quite noisy. Lots of noise from the hallway. Voices and slamming doors up until midnight. There was a large group of students on site, multiple school buses. Had the doors to the room been better designed, perhaps the noise would not have been so loud. Beds aren’t great, but they are okay. Clean properly, and the staff was friendly."
