Hotel murah di Flobecq

"Room amenities were not 4 star. No USB ports, no kettle, warm fridge, safe that didn't open, bedside wall light front plate fell off, no instructions on how to operate anything, no information about breakfast/dinner menus, bed sheets do not fit the bed. Room was clean, bathroom was very nice, hairdryer included. Staff pleasant and mostly helpful. Restaurant did not make a good impression at dinner. Slow service, wrong order after long wait followed by another long wait for the correct...

"We did enjoy most of ou stay and there were good ammenities. The menu in the bar didn't mention nuts as part of an entree option. I have a severe anaphylaxis to nuts and cannot eat them. Waste of food and money! The air conditioning in the room wasn't working. They were unable to switch us rooms, so offered a free breakfast to compensate which was fine. Service de location de vélos pratique pour se rendre dans le centre ville de Gand en 20 mn avec des pistes cyclables le long de cours d'eau : très agréable. Le seul problème : toutes les bornes de recharge électrique étaient en panne !"

"Nice property just outside Ghent with easy access to city center. The property itself is as described with nice rooms with all the amenities listed. Complimentary breakfast was also decent with a nice variety of items to choose from. A plus is a 24 hours bar."

The lady on reception gave us some local Belgian sweets and we also got free drinks vouchers due to the inconvenience of the construction going on at the hotel.
