"The parking should not be changed for people staying in the hotel and thier extrator in the bathroom and the flashing of the toilet was difficult to flash. But i made them aware. They were amazing"

"Our bedroom was dated and a little tired. Barely a dribble came out the shower making it challenging to rinse shampoo out of your hair for example. There was no toothbrush holder. The full length mirror in the room was placed awkwardly at the side of one of the beds making it difficult to stand in front of. The pillows were extremely soft and the mattress excessively firm - all in all making for an uncomfortable nights sleep. The Friday night of our stay was noisy with children running up and...

"This was our second stay at the hotel. On our arrival we reported that the heating in the room wasn't working and were told that someone from mantainance would come to look at it. As nobody attended, we reported it again first in the morning only to find out that by the time we returned in the early evening, the heater still didn't work. We had to report it a third time before they made it right ."

"The welcome at reception was virtually non existent. Our stay started on a low. Some corridor areas were untidy, dirty cloth left on the floor for most of the day. Our room was good, clean and comfortable. The TV tuning was set to the 1970s which meant we couldn't access many channels. Would have liked water and a couple of glasses in the room and more milk pods. The staff in the restaurant were efficient and friendly and food delicious. Breakfast was great."
