The room was new, like a museum, very pretty, clean, spacious with living room and kitchen. The cleaner came exactly at 10am. Courteous. We were confused at the beginning when we arrived. Apparently we have to go to another hotel for check-in so make sure to check that before arriving. It's a lot of walk. Also, the location is 15-20min away from the main attraction. Beautiful space.

The lady at the hotel that assigned our keys was plain rude.. does not explain where the actual room is since you have to walk to the hotel , uncomfortable pillows. Space is pretty big

Worst experience ever st Casa del Sarto. The property is so dirty at the main entrance, garbage is kept on the stairs while the building has a serius cockroach infestation and mosquitos. The apartment has a lot of damps on the walls and roof, leaving yellow stains. My 5 year old kid and wife, left the apartment with cough due to such unhealthy environment. Expedia did nothing but apologies, saying that the owner was not open to talk. Took pictures and videos however it seems that at the end nobody cared.

I do not recommend

The location is decent, and I would consider staying in this area again, but this particular property was a disappointment. It’s listed on other platforms as well, and while I was aware there was no front desk, we followed the self-check-in instructions and got in without issue. However, upon arrival, Florence was experiencing a heatwave (39°C), and the air conditioning wasn’t working. The only contact number provided led to someone unrelated to the property, and when we called again, the person was upset and unhelpful. We spent the whole afternoon trying to reach someone for help, which unfortunately impacted our short stay in Florence. I contacted Hotels.com, and while they tried to assist by calling the owner, they were unsuccessful in getting a response. We had to stay without AC during extreme heat, which made the stay very uncomfortable. It was too late to book another option. The room was clean and looked nice, but the lack of support and communication significantly affected our experience. I wouldn’t stay here again.

費羅倫斯這一間，如果你不覺得麻煩要去30sec前面酒店check-in！這個酒店10分好的！ 首先他只要走路10分鐘就可以去到中央市場嘗試他們的意大利各路美食！所以飲食問題已經解決！ 第二記得去他們後面街那間超市，忘記了什麼名字他們的貨物10分便宜，比起外面的印度小店價錢相宜！ 第三他們樓下有個停車場，所以其實可以停車的比較方便 其他的東西應有進入不用說啦 如果佢佛羅倫斯這個可以係首選
