Walking distance from everything

Had the cutest apt with plenty of space, very clean. Manager was great. Made sure everything worked and that we were comfortable. She gave us ideas for things to do and places to eat. Was very welcoming. Would stay again. Fyi if u are tall may not be for you, ceilings are very low. Would only suggest apt to have more towels. We stayed 4 nights with 2 people and only had 4 towels total.

un desastre

en el check in me dejaron esperando en la puerta 1 hora y 40 minutos con una bebe de un año. el departamente es un altillo reformado. el techo esta a 1,65 cm. por lo que hay que caminar agachado. no tiene tv, la cama es de palet con un colchon arriba. las mesas de luz son cajas de verduras barnizadas. conclusion una estafa, no se como les da la cara para alquilarlo

Horrible customer service!

When we made our booking, we were given one address & were never told again that the location was changed. Before we arrived, we called the number given to us & were told to arrive at the apartment & once we get there, to call but that another person was in charge of our location. Now we drag our bags & get to this earlier location & wait in the scorching sun & call at least 10 times & email & text them but nobody answers. Another tenant living at that apartment complex who came in saw us waiting & asks us what's going on. We explain the situation to him & he lets us in & asks us to wait inside in the lobby away from the sun & seems extremely disappointed at the way the staff has handled us. He calls from his own phone too but again nobody answers. Finally, after one hour, another lady calls us & tells us that our location has changed & that the owner has made a mistake & she asks us to come to this new place! The owner called her & gave her our number but never bothered to call us back & apologize! We tell her to come to where we were & get us. She finally arrives & takes us to the new place & sets us up & when we explain everything, she says it's a weekend & the owner is at the beach! The room was not made up for 4 people & there was only 1 AC in 1 BR & none in the other & no fan too & it's 90F outside, she said she would ask if another can be put there & would call & let us know...we never heard back from her! Terrible customer service! Stay somewhere else.

We really liked the visit overall and the place... the pizza place next door is the best pizza we had during our whole trip. One thing we did not realize is that people like to celebrate there late into the night (or did that weekend)! There was a party nearby that went until 4:30 am. Still, we would definitely go again... and bring something (more substantial than my phone) for white noise :) Other notes: Short ceilings; my hubby had to duck to walk around; the espresso maker available during our stay did not seem compatible with the induction stove top; if we get to visit again, we'll bring one! Lastly, lots of stairs. Helped us work off the pizza!

Me and my husband stay for 8 days. Did not sleep at all, so loud !!! Terrible!!!! Nothing good to say about that place! Picture show complytly different place!!!!! I will never recommend that place to any one. Light was working only in one room, try to call they never came to fix it! Never againe!!!!!

위치 믿지 마세요..

지도로만 보고 위치 좋은 아파트가 예약 했는데, 이름처럼 아파트먼츠라 가지고 있는 아파트 중 제일 좋은 위치로 사람 낚아서, 제일 안 좋은 위치에 숙박 했습니다. 다리 건너서 동네 속 깊이 들어갑니다.. 게다가 도착해서는 아무도 없는데 사전에 연락 달란 말도 없었고 적힌 연락처로 전화해봐도 아무도 받지 않아 사기 당했나 한참 생각 했습니다. 익스페디어 한국에 전화하고 메일도 보냈는데 근무 시간 외라, 반응도 없고 국제 전화비만 몽창 나왔습니다... 근처 피자입에서 밥 먹구 피자집 근무자에게 간신히 부탁해서 이탈리아어로 통화 하고 그 아파트 키 가지신 분이 3시간만에 나타나셨습니다.. 부모님 모시고 간 가족 여행에 무거운 짐 들고 몇시강 동안 이게 무슨 고생인지, 익스페이아 무책임과 아파트 업체 사기 위치에 어이가 없습니다..절대 이용하지 마세요

Sujo e longe

Não gostei da localização , nem das condições do quarto. Sujo, estranho, escuro, longe do centro histórico e com receptivo péssimo. Saímos antes de acabar a hospedagem e fui para outro hotel. Não recomendo

2 nuits passées à Florence dans ce quartier charmant. L'appartement est correct, seul le simple vitrage ne filtre pas les bruits des vespas!

Dejligt ophold.

Dejlig beliggenhed lidt væk fra de mange turister i centrum. Tæt på Piazza Santo Spirito som især var hyggelig at besøge om aftenen - spisesteder, musik eller afslapning på kirketrappen med en øl eller vin. Airconditioningen, som var fritstående, larmede en del. Hanne.

Average apartment in a great area.

Although not expensive this is not a great apartment. We had to wait about 30 minutes before someone showed up with the key, the wifi did not work for half our stay. Apartment had broken shower door, ran out of toilet paper, tiny bathroom, nowhere comfortable to sit, just kitchen chairs and a tiny uncomfortable settee. Broken dining chair. Not the cleanest apartment. Previous guests bed linen was in a large laundry bag by the door, no one came to collect it during our stay. The area is fantastic but the apartment - not so much.

Great apartment for a bigger group....

The apartment was very comfortable for our group of 6. It was a luxury to have 2 bathrooms. The location is perfect. Close to everything yet quieter. The apartment itself is also extremely quiet on the inside. We couldn't have been happier with our choice.

Central and walkable distance to most attractions. Nice and comfortable apartment. Not for elderly people or if you have big luggage as the apartment is on third floor with narrow steep stairs.

Muito bem localizado perto das principais atraçoes de Florença. Apartamento amplo. Confortavel para ate 5 pessoas. Definitivamente recomendo.

The first apt the people gave us was not fit for anyone . There was no Hot water , no amenities, like coffee or tea. It was dirty and there were leaks. The beds we're awful. When we wanted to switch the owner gave us a really hard time, but the office manager came and was disgusted that it was unfit . She moved us to a great location and the apt wAs new . But you need be younger then 40. You had to wAlk 6 flights of stairs and climb a steep ladder to get to the apt
