"I had my staying in this hotel on early March. Once I got off from the train, it just took me not more than 10 mins walking to find this hotel. It's perfectly located in front of Santa Maria Novella Basilica. It's also only minutes away - walking distance to the city landmarks, such as Duomo, Piaza della Repubblica, Uffizi Gallery, Arno River... The breakfast is great! "Service from staff was superb. Leonardo in the front desk was very friendly and allowed us to store luggage in lobby area prior to check in. When we arrived for check in luggage was already in our room ! Tergen was also very attentive during happy hour making sure we were having a great time. Only recommendation is to add an elevator from the street to lobby. Everything else was a great experience."
