Immaculate accommodation. Wonderful location. I wish the AC was on when we visited. We had the windows open and were bitten by mosquitoes as we slept. Other than that and the miscommunication on check in time, the place was enjoyable.

This suite is spacious and a perfect location in Florence . Very close walking distance to the train station, duomo and the Arno river. I rated it lower than most other places I stayed in Italy because it was very dirty and the smell of smoke from the hall was not great and came into the suite. Dust on baseboards in bedroom was so thick , it hadn’t been cleaned in over a year. This place needs a deep clean. Also, shower head was so blocked with residue that we had barely any water for a shower (recommend the shower-head be replaced) and the walls in the bathroom (by the bidet and toilet were dirty) which is gross when you are staying in shared accommodations. There was a half eaten bag of m&ms on the fireplace mantle and the cover on the couch was torn and stained . Overall would not recommend to a friend.

Location cannot be beat. Lots of space. Well decorated. Good amenities. One minisplit air-conditioner over the front door does not work well, the one in the bedroom/library does work well. The showerhead should be decalcified or replaced.

Gorgeous modern apartment but noisy area

Despite the sofa bed being the worst bed my daughters ever slept on and the loud noise from study abroad students below us (even with windows shut tight) the apartment was very spacious and located in very convenient area --close to all sights

The location was excellent—right in the heart of Florence and close to everything. However, the apartment didn’t quite meet our expectations. The shower space was extremely tight, barely enough to move in, and the cleanliness of the walls left something to be desired. There’s no elevator, which made getting luggage upstairs difficult. Also, the bidet area has no door, which makes it awkward since no one else can use the sink or shower at the same time.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado y todo se ve muy organizado, pero es importante mencionar desde el principio que la segunda cama, que es un sofá cama, está en condiciones muy deficientes. Por lo demás, la estancia fue muy amplia, cómoda y funcional, y el equipo que gestiona la propiedad estuvo siempre pendiente de nuestras necesidades. La ubicación es excelente: puedes llegar caminando a muchos de los principales puntos turísticos de Florencia. La habitación principal es espaciosa, y en general el lugar está bien cuidado. Sin embargo, el sofá cama definitivamente necesita una renovación urgente. La estructura está tan deteriorada que terminamos optando por cerrarla por completo y poner el colchón directamente en el piso. Aunque es un colchón delgado, fue mucho más cómodo que tratar de dormir sobre los resortes y varillas metálicas que se sentían al acostarse. Por las noches puede haber algo de ruido, ya que está en una calle con mucho movimiento turístico, pero no fue algo que realmente nos molestara. Un detalle que no fue del todo cómodo fue que nos ofrecieron hacer check-in temprano (lo cual agradecimos), pero al parecer no habían terminado de recoger lo de la estancia anterior y en algún momento alguien más entró a nuestra habitación cuando ya habíamos dejado nuestras cosas. Fue incómodo, aunque entendemos que fue parte del esfuerzo por recibirnos antes. En resumen: muy buena ubicación, personal atento y espacio amplio, pero definitivamente renueven la 2da cama
