"A brand new IHG hotel here in Labuan Bajo. I've never stayed at any hotel in the IHG group where the service has been this good. The standard of service here by all members of staff from all departments has been only 5 stars. I'm embarrassed to single out any staff member"

"Staff were just exceptional. Breakfasts were great and the rooms were superbly clean and well looked after. Location is approx a IDR150000 ride into the centre of town if you miss the free services. The pool area and location overlooking the beach was 11/10. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back "

"Struttura molto bella in una valletta con vista risaie ed un giardino fiorito. Bungalow pulito, confortevole molto bello, letto ampio con zanzariera e apparecchio elettrico anti zanzare.
