I stayed at Santana for two nights with my family and we were very happy with our stay. The hotel is comfortable and the restaurant and cafe were great. It was really nice to have a pool there. the hotel staff is really helpful. Highly recommend

The Hotel facilities were good, the staff excellent and the staff friendly. However if you want a good night sleep DO NOT stay at this hotel. There is a disco tech right across the street that provides more decibels of noise to 1AM than one can endure.

Great location for walkability to everything in Flores. Staff were very friendly and the included breakfast was excellent! Room was in decent condition, loved the hammock overlooking the lake on the balcony, but the room lacked a black out curtain and the bed sheets were thin. They arranged transport for us from the airport and back and that was great. LOTS of noise from the disco across the street, the boats playing music, and just general noise within the hotel and from the street. If you need quiet, would not recommend, but otherwise this was a good place to stay in Flores.

After the el mirador trek I stayed at hotel Santana and it was a very pleasant surprise. Excellent staff and the room was clean and beautiful with a great view. The restaurant below was very good also. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Very nice.

Such a cool places conveniently located on flores island. Everything is within walking distance. Cool shops, bars and dining options within blocks of this place. 24 front desk help. Friendly staff and just an over beautiful area. I couldn't believe my view from the 2nd story balcony with a hammock hanging. The lake is like 10-15 feet from your balcony. Super cool place

Foi muito bom, as pessoas são muito amáveis, nos atenderam muito bem! Quarto grande, vista linda do lago, boa internet, bom café da manhã ( mas 1 prato só) , com café livre. Perto de tudo.

staff was not helpful at all. We were not able to make to it to check in first day we booked because of storm sara in belize, hotel staff refused to refund the ight we were not there, even when we had emailed the hotel two daye before we were suppose to check in. and no one speaks nglish at front desk thats another obstacle
