El 3er nivel tiene un ruido durante la noche, porque está junto al rooftop, el cual tiene música desde las 6-7PM.

We enjoyed our stay! The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. They have an airport shuttle which is very convenient. They also helped us arrange a private shuttle and tour to Tikal. We loved the onsite bakery, bar, & restaurants. We really didn’t have to venture off the property. My one feedback is bugs seem inevitable, maybe better pest control.

Excellent experience from the rooftop bar to the beautifully appointed room. Exceptional staff that was more than helpful with every request that we had. I would highly recommend staying at this place!

We opted to stay at the Isal de Flores because we were returning from Tikal and Yaxha and needed an overnight spot close to the airport for an early-morning flight out the next day. It was a very good choice in terms of location, transport to the airport, room quality, and responsiveness of the staff. The rooftop bar is a nice addition, but be aware that the beat of the music from the bar when it turns into a club at night can be a little disruptive. Flores island itself has its charms but is limited in size and dining options.

Everything was good except my experiences with the restaurants. The one top, the staff were just talking with each other and they didn’t attend to me so I left after 10 minutes. I could understand if they were busy, but they were not. The restaurant below, I didn’t like the food. I tried twice and no I didn’t like it—my opinion only. Everything else was great. I hope the this was constructive. I took a picture of the staff persons standing around if you want me to send to you.

The hotel is so cute and very clean ! The staff in the hotel and the restaurant are very attentive and friendly . 🌸Had a delicious dinner on the rooftop restaurant with gorgeous views of the lake and sunset . Nothing like it anywhere else around ! Lots of amenities here -high end toiletries , lots of fluffy pillows, complimentary shuttle to airport and filtered water in the lobby 💕

Isla De Flores Hotel is THE place to stay when in Flores. The aesthetic is in line with the island feel. Very clean and spacious rooms. Decore is traditional yet modern, chic yet boho - great vibe all around!
