Minha experiência dessa vez nao foi boa, pq reservei um quarto, quando cheguei la estava em reforma, me colocaram em outro mas nao era aquele que foi alugado, me falaram que no dia seguinte ian me colocar naquele e nao me deram satisfação nenhuma.

Péssimo acolhimento

Floripa Express. Tivemos uma péssima e desrespeitosa experiência neste estabelecimento principalmente pela atitude do Recepcionista no dia 07/05/24.. Ao chegarmos por volta das 11:30h pessoas ligadas ao hotel estavam batendo papo com carro estacionado justo na rampa de entrada, local destinado a embarque e desembarque, o que me obrigou a descer do Uber e pedir que deixassem o espaço livre para não termos que subir rampa com 3 malas. A cidade praiana está vazia, estamos em baixíssima temporada, ainda assim, o recepcionista informou que o check-in seria rigorosamente permitido somente as 14h. Tivemos que esperar em torno de 2h e meia sentados em banco de madeira duro, super desconfortável sem sequer uma poltrona ou almofada para aliviar a pressão na coluna. Somente as 14h foi realizado o check-in, comunicado que o hotel estava em obras e que teríamos que subir com bagagens vários lances de escadas .Ocorre que meu esposo é um senhor idoso asmático de 76 anos , o ato de subir escadas provoca crise respiratória. Fomos obrigados a desistir e nos virarmos para conseguir outra hospedagem de última hora. Este recepcionista é uma pessoa totalmente insensível e despreparado. Desconhece o significado das palavras acolhimento e empatia.Este tipo de pessoa jamais deveria trabalhar recepcionando o público. No mínimo ao chegarmos seria obrigação avisar sobre a impossibilidade da utilização do elevador mas optou pela

Hospedagem com uma localização muito boa, quarto com espaços agradáveis. A localização fica perto de restaurantes, bates, supermercados e a praia fica de fácil acesso. A única coisa que fiquei chateada foi a não devolução de uma jaqueta bege que esqueci no quarto e que disseram que não havia nada la. Digo e afirmo que ficou no quarto.
