"Breakfast was awesome. Parking was convenient Staff...professional Room ..musty odor, carpet needs to be replaced. Toilet was not ada height, nor was the shower Ada. If a fire had occurred a handicap person would not be able to traverse 5 floors of stairs to exit. Cost...amount eventually charged was different than what was paid upon arrival. 5+$ charge.no idea what that was for"

There was 2 refrigerators but none held bottled water because they were broken. We asked if any cold bottled was available and we were told no. - no room cleaning for 3 whole...

"Friendly staff, decent breakfast; room was not very clean- black mold in the tub and gunk all over the hair dryer- which I was able to request a clean one. They seemed a little short staffed but all working very hard. "

"Not enough towels, towels were dirty and smelled odd. Bed sheets were dirty. After calling the front desk, I was told no extra towels and if i wanted new clean ones to bring her the dirty ones. No extra pillows, no extra blanket. Staff wanted to argue. Parking lot had loud people drinking and partying. Terrible hotel."

"The parking was clean and just enough room for all the guests. When we checked in around 2am, the staff was nice. The entire process was easy and quick. The room was perfect for my friend and I. The bed was sooo comfy. I debating finding it to buy one. The AC was off when we walked in but once it was on, it was perfect. With the comfy sheets and cool air, I fell asleep so quickly. The bathroom was clean as well. There was a decorative folded towel on the bed when we walked in as well."

"The property is dated and could use refurbishment and it's underway. Mostly it needs to be brightened up by repainting and the carpet removed and or replaced. However, everything was clean including bedding, floors and furnishings. It was an older Ramada Inn with their older dark colors. My wife and I never felt uncomfortable and would/will stay there in the future. It's location is in an area of low income spread. We read all previous ratings before going there. "The bed sheets were stained, the bathroom was dusty, and the bathtub faucet was old and difficult to turn on and off—especially to get the hot water running. They didn't provide a "Do Not Disturb" sign; consequently, the housekeeping staff would knock on the door every day at 9:30 AM to ask if anything was needed, which woke me up. I would not want to stay at this place again; the price for two nights was $458—far too high for the service provided."
