"If you’re thinking about staying in Lakeland, stay here! It’s close to everything, just a few miles to Joker Merchant Stadium, and Cheddar restaurant is in the same parking lot, it is delicious. We stayed 3 nights and had zero complaints/problems. The hotel is so clean, smells so fresh, rooms were roomy, beds comfortable, and clean, staff were all nice, and complimentary breakfast was delicious-not your normal free hotel breakfast. The pool and workout areas were also very nice. The best part is that when you are in your room it feels like you’re the only ones in the hotel. It’s so quiet. We were close to the elevator, we never heard it, never heard room doors shutting, other toilets flushing, people talking, nothing. We will be back next Spring for Tigers baseball. "

"Not much to complain about. Great location, with easy access off the interstate. Room was quite spacious and well appointed. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. We would stay here again when in the area."

"It was a bit frustrating driving 4 hrs to be told that our room wasn’t ready at 4:30 when check in time was 3. Then when we came back after attending the concert at the Strawberry festival there was no parking available because of all the construction equipment in the parking lot. But the young lady who was working allowed us to park in the front. She was extremely nice and the issues had nothing to do with her. "

"This hotel was declared un-inhabitable after a fire which occurred months ago, and yet Hotels.com still had it listed and I was still able to book a room....in a hotel that was not open to the public! We never found out the truth until 10:00 at night when we arrived and found a notice on the front doors! Why did Hotels.com still have this listed as available????? This is unacceptable!"
