"Overall was clean aside from the comforter having brown stains that looked like old blood stains I asked for my comforter to be changed once and even second round it was like that so I removed it from the bed and used only the sheet. Also the food at the restaurant not the best . Also when checking in girl at front doesn’t even speak doesn’t say if they r holding a security deposit nothing. Complete silence"

"Was not greeted at anytime we stayed there (4 days). Needed towels and ironing board and it took 4 hours and two phone calls to make it happen. Water took 10 minutes to warm up in both shower and sink. Sports bar/restaurant never opened the whole time. Supposedly hours were 4-9 pm Thursday through Sunday. The AC unit never cooled down the room. Had to go buy a fan at Walmart to make it livable. Had to buy air freshener to eliminate the musty order of the room. Weed smells all over the property. Will not stay at again. "

"We’ve stayed the past two years and although it’s a beautiful property with attentive (most….not all) staff, there’s always problems related to dinner reservations missing (and arguing with me about it, despite having a text or email receipt from several months prior), overcharging (again, despite having a text/email receipt) and an incident in 2025 I should have filed a police report and made a trip to a medical facility on but we had travelled there for our 20th anniversary, it was the day of our anniversary, and we had a pricey cabana reserved and it would have ruined the entire trip even further. No apologies or follow up with us for overcharging, trying to give our reservations away, or the 2025 incident. Sadly moving on"

"No coffee despite being listed as an amenity. Multiple items broken and not functioning in the room. I was given the wrong room up on check-in and it took 45 minutes to get into the correct room that I paid for. Room was not ready at promised check-in time. Very difficult to reach anyone on the property when I needed them for repairs."

"Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The room/bathroom were definitely showing their age."
