"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was located 11 mins away from miramar beach and had alot of access to stores and places to eat around!"
"Room was tidy and clean. Water pressure in the sink on the 3rd floor was not as strong as it should have been. Tub/shower water pressure was awesome though and had low sides for easy tub entry and exit. All front desk staff that I encountered were amazingly efficient with time and info. Breakfast, to me, was truly the best part of the hotel. Super nutritional food every single morning. I’ve never had a better layout of such a variety of foods to choose from even at very expensive hotels. Breakfast staff was totally awesome. One of the young ladies, Shirley, was especially helpful, thoughtful, and cheerful and made breakfast feel like home away from home. The beach view I had was actually of the bay with the swimming pool and playground and other buildings taking up most of the view. However, the hotel was in the center of everything that I wanted to see and do. Easy walking distance to shopping area, the beach ball tower, the pier, ice cream shop, and amazing restaurants on the bay and on the sands of the Gulf of America. Loved my stay and was thankful that God allowed me to experience Pensacola Beach."
