"We have been staying here for many years. We really like the property and location. The free coffee is super nice with the available drinks/ snacks/ supplies to purchase. The down fall for this stay was that we were not told and unaware one elevator was not working and we were on the 7th floor. Thankfully it did not seem super busy and we did not have to wait too long most of the time. Also, there was a strong smelly odor I noticed around the pool/ laundry area several times. It was pretty bad and I am not sure what it was. The staff is always friendly and we will stay here again."

"Let me preface this with we had booked a 2 night stay but my husband got ill and we had to leave early, so perhaps I didn't give it a chance. Nice hotel with an Old Florida feel, but nothing that wowed me. The rooms clean but reminded me of a Jersey shore motel, small, cramped and underwhelming. Great views of the water, however, and nice bar available. The people at the front desk were very nice. I would stay here again perhaps for a 1 night stay. Nice that they let pets stay free, though. My cat loved the place!"
