"From the moment of checking in until my checking out, I had multiple issues with this place. First was the TV set to Spanish and none of the remotes had good batteries. Then, it was the noise. It started when staff did not enforce the pool policy which stated it closes at 10 and I had to call front desk to get them to quiet it down cause it was 11 pm. Then I had to call the front desk because another family allowed there child to run up and down the halls at 2 am. They woke me up out of dead...
