"Parking was plentiful and convenient. Breakfast was OK. But customer service, especially at the front desk, left a lot to be desired. In particular, we showed up at almost 1700 for our reserved room. Check-in time was 1500, but we were informed that our room was not yet ready. So, we had to wait in the lobby for another 15 minutes or so before our room was ready. Certainly not something I've ever experienced at other Holiday Inns."

"Upon arriving the Lobby and grounds were clean and maintained. The lobby staff greeted us amd were very friendly and accommodating. The first room we were assigned unfortunately had a super bad mold odor and we refused to accept the room. The lobby staff apologized and gave us another room. "The place is for long term. Lots of drug abusers loitering around. I must have missed extended stay. You have to take your own trash out. Smelled like lab work. Slept fully clothed. Never, ever, ever again. Would love to have money back."

"This hotel is in a great location near a variety of restaurants, coffee shop, theater and shops. The access to the toll road made it super easy to get to all the attractions without the I-4 headaches....!! I would definitely stay there again....! The room was spacious and reminded me more of a studio apartment than a hotel. I loved it"

"The property was clean. Safety was my concern The homeless guy from the gas station setting up camp in the benches in front of the Delaney was enough for me . Front desk Iris was not very helpful . Garage not part of the hotel was dark and dreary. I left after 2 hrs did not feel safe."
